3. Custom Orders & Alterations Policy
For custom-made, stitched, or alteration-based orders, please note the following:

Once a custom or altered product has been delivered, it is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or refund

These items are made or adjusted specifically according to customer requirements and cannot be resold

However, if further adjustments are required after delivery, customers may request additional alterations
In such cases:

The item may be sent back for further alterations

Additional alteration charges will apply depending on the type and complexity of the work required

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed
RUKS WEAR reserves the right to determine whether a request qualifies as an alteration service or a new modification order.
4. Return Process

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
