All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

  • During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details (if available).


2. Delivery Within Pakistan

We currently deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight

  • Courier rates

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned on our website during active campaigns.


4. Order Tracking

Where available, customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

Tracking allows you to monitor the delivery status through the courier’s system.


5. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed or fail

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

  • RUKS WEAR is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses


6. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.


7. Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Technical or logistical issues beyond our control

RUKS WEAR is not liable for such delays.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is suspected to be lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery or receipt

  • Provide your order number and clear details

  • We will investigate with the courier and assist with resolution where applicable


9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping may be offered to selected countries.

  • Delivery times and charges vary by destination

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control
