We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colors, and prices are accurate. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and photography.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit the quantities available for purchase at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or typographical errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information

  • Any other reason deemed appropriate by our management

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including secure online payment gateways, bank transfers, Cash on Delivery (where available), and other approved payment methods.

Full payment must be successfully received and verified before an order is processed and dispatched (except for Cash on Delivery orders where applicable).

If a payment is declined, cancelled, or cannot be verified, we reserve the right to cancel the order without liability.

All transactions are processed through secure payment providers. RUKS Wear does not store your complete payment card details and is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment providers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect addresses may apply.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Original tags and packaging must remain intact.

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within the period specified in our policy.

  • Sale, discounted, promotional, or customized items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and any return will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, designs, product images, graphics, text, videos, and trademarks, is the property of RUKS Wear and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
